First replies are often within a few business days. During launches or public holidays, a short delay is normal. A longer note may take an extra read before we send anything.

You should see a thank-you screen when your browser validation passes. We do not charge for reading a first note about fit and scope. If a paid program is relevant, we describe it in a separate message with its own price and terms—not buried in a footer surprise.

We may decline or truncate responses that include extensive clinical detail, because email is not a secure or appropriate place for a full record review. In that case we will say so directly and, when we can, suggest a type of local provider. That referral language is a practical pointer, not a personal endorsement of an individual practice unless we have said otherwise in writing.
